Electricity & Water

We do not issue refunds for electricity and water after it has been supplied. If you wish to close your account, please request this by sending an email to us using the email account associated with your Berthmaster Online account. Email can be sent to refunds@power-portal.co.uk or any in the about us page. We shall refund to your payment method any outstanding credit from your account, this shall be done within 10 working days from the receipt of your request.
