Electricity & Water
We do not issue refunds for electricity and water after it has been supplied.
If you wish to close your account, please request this by sending an email to us using the email account associated with your Berthmaster Online account. Email can be sent to refunds@power-portal.co.uk or any in the about us page.
We will organize the refund within 10 working days from receipt of your request.
